Lifestyle Change!

I've been through this a million times. Trying to loss weight. I've always been self conscious. I need to lose weight, I think it's holding me back from being the person I really want to be, the person I really am, and I'm tired of it. I've decided I'm not doing a diet, it's pointless. I'll go to a party eat good food and decide I'm tired of it and end up gaining my weight back. So I'm going with a lifestyle change. And here's what's going to(hopefully)help me lose these excess pounds.

-Exercise
I am the laziest person in the world, especially if I'm not motivated, so I'm going to try to do some type of activity for at least 30-45 minutes a day (whether it's running, walking, aerobics, sit ups). And hopefully when I start going back to school I won't be as lazy as I was last year.

-Sleep
I probably get 3-5 hours of sleep everyday. I'll admit I'm usually always tired but there is so much to do in a day...I need more hours. I will try to get everything done by 8:30 pm so I can be in bed and sleep by 9 during the school year. And during the summer I just want to make sure I get enough sleep. So overall I just want to achieve 7-8 hours a night so I will have more energy. BTW: It's currently 2:59 A.M

-Gain More Self Control
Stop binging. If I see it, I want it. This definitely needs to change. I need to eat when I'm hungry, not when I'm bored. I need to make myself do things I'm suppose to do, like workout, or even things like homework.

-Eat healthy snacks
I love ice cream. And I'm always eating junk, just because it's faster, takes less effort, and often times tastes better. I will try to eat more fruits and veggies.

-Drink waterI never drink water. It's gross. But I want to drink at least 4 bottles a day.

BTW: I don't have a real weight goal, I just want to be extremely comfortable with myself. But I do have a short term goal and that's to lose about 10 pounds by July 15th.

I really think that documenting my weight will help me lose weight. And I hope it does. I will add more tips as I go through this journey. Feel free to give me anymore helpful tips to lose weight and to do it healthy. I might start doing Youtube videos, just to help others girls like me, but I'm not sure tell me what you think.

There's a little store (can't think of the name of it) in my local mall and they sell accessories for a dollar. Most of it isn't really my style. But I liked these. And there is another necklace I wanted but decided not to get it, and now it is all I think about. I need to go back and get it!

Bath and Body works was having a huge sale. Practically everything was 75% off and $2-$5. So I just got one of my favorite scents 'secret wonderland'.

My sister made chocolate chip cookies with butterscotch added. They are amazing!

My sister got a new puppy, Ebony. She is a yorkie and chihuahua mix.

Might play the Michael Jackson game tonight (for the first time), despite my tiredness. And ironically today is the day he died 2 years ago. RIP

Finished 2 McDonald's Frappes,which are amazing, (one caramel, one mocha) and I'm still sleepy.

Got this tribal tube dress from a store called citi trends. It was only $8.99. The tags say it's from american apparel. (It's not second hand.) I'm not sure how much the dress is at american apparel but I googled it and they said around 30 bucks. So what a deal. And plus my sister bought it for me. I'm thinking about wearing this on my birthday, which is in less than a month.

Got this high waisted skirt from Cititrends too. It was less than 4 bucks. So another great deal. And my sister bought it too.

I subscribed to Instyle a few months ago. So I've been reading the magazines a lot lately.

Macy's- $???
Finally on some less depressing stuff, like shopping. Went to Macy's and got this from The Material Girl line. Material Girl is by Madonna's daughter, and I'm totally in love with it, it's the reason I go to Macy's. I use it as a school bag, it's really durable, I was waiting for it to break (because I carry a lot of stuff) but it's good.

I always get on my sister for going in just about every store in the mall. But this time having her with me paid off. The first thing I noticed when I got to the accessories section was the leopard print belt (I've been into leopard print everything lately) and I needed a new black one. So this was great!

I really don't like the store I got this headband at. Their clothes are cheaply made and very thin and see through. But I had to get this headband. Honestly I'm secretly waiting for it to break.

I'm wearing this shirt today. :)) So I'll post a OOTD later. It's a really nice top, I love it because it's flowy. And it's pretty weightless so it can be wore in the summer.

I was looking EVERYWHERE for leopard print tights! I went online and looked at Macy's and they had them. :) It made my day. Guess what brand it is. MATERIAL GIRL! I'm officially in love.
